How to make a booking with us?

Fill in the enquiry form, we will then check availability and reply within 24 hours. We ask for a 30% deposit to secure the booking, the deposit can be paid by bank transfer or paypal.

Once the deposit is received we will send you booking confirmation, which we ask you to read through and  fill out any additional information we may require, then send it back to us.

We will then get in contact with you two weeks before the hire to confirm delivery and set up times, once we have spoken to you, we will contact your venue introduce ourselves and make sure they are ok with the times we plan to arrive.

​Our hire price

The hire price you see is the set 1 day hire price whether you would like to hire it all day and night or just in the evening.

Our price includes free delivery within 30 miles of Luton, after 30 miles we charge a small fee of 80p per mile to deliver and collect, if you would like a delivery quote, message us on our front page with either your venue or postcode and we will confirm the additional charge.

We are a recommended supplier for a few stunning venues, which we do not charge a delivery or collection fee these are Ashridge House, Greenwoods spa & hotel, Missenden Abbey and Trent Park Country Club.

Safety deposit

We do ask for a safety deposit of £100 to either be transferred to us a day before delivery or you can leave this with the venue, the £100 will be returned on the collection of ‘our items’  if they are in the same condition we left them in.

Cancellation

If you do need to cancel we will completely understand,  however it wouldn’t be possible for us to refund you your deposit, if you wanted to postpone the date and the items and the new date is available we would honour this.

I don't know where to start. Louise is a star she has been so so helpful and is great at communication. We hired the new mini Mr&Mrs with giant surname and they were amazing everyone commented on how great they looked. We also hired the starlight dance floor which really gave the wow factor! The sweet ferris wheel went down a treat with kids and adults and looked great. If you are in any doubt about hiring from Louise don't be do it immediately you will not be disappointed. Thank you to Louise at Light up your Love! We hired the giant LOVE letters and white post box for our wedding in August!
